Dolphin Kayak Tour Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- There is no refund or rescheduling for last minute cancellations
- If you do not show up for your tour or are late there is no refund or rescheduling.
- Any cancellations must be done within 48 hours of reservation for a full refund.
- If we cancel the tour due to weather you will not be charged.
- If you are incapable of paddling the kayak and seem to be in danger we will end your tour.
- Please arrive to the launch site 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
